 Ron WernerBorn and raised in New York, Ron Werner moved the valley in 1995 and formed All County Collision, Inc. Having been in the automotive industry since 1976, his prior experiences include owning and operating a service station and repair shop, and holding the position of Senior Claims Adjuster for Aetna Life and Casualty. As the company owner, Ron brings his knowledge and experiences with automotive repair and insurance together enabling All County Collision to provide superior repair work and effortless insurance claims processing.

 Steve ElstonJoined All County Collision, Inc. in 2008 after relocating from Washington state. An Auto-body and Frame Technician, he brings his Metal Fabrication experience to All County Collision, Inc.

 Ramon HernandezRamon started with All County Collision, Inc. three and a half years ago as a detailer, and worked his way up through the All County Collision, Inc. Apprenticeship Program to become an Auto-Body Technician.
